I’ve always loved a good story.

And nowhere are stories told with greater immediacy and courage than on the stage.

For over thirty-years, I’ve had the great pleasure to produce, manage or direct more than seventy-five productions across stages large and small - from Broadway and Off Broadway, the West End, and across numerous regional theatres. From large-scale musicals to intimate new works, I’ve collaborated with remarkable artists, creative teams and co-producers, shaping the kind of stories that connect audiences and ignite conversations.

Whether developing new works and partnerships, reviving works whose voices deserve another listen, or consulting on a wide range of creative projects, my intent is always the same: balance bold artistic ambition with calculated risk, honoring the trust of investors and audience. It is often a delicate undertaking — but without both, the performing arts cannot remain sustainable and alive.

Theatre endures as an art form because it invites us - and at it best, demands us - to listen; to the work to each other, and to ourselves. In that shared moment, that connection between performance and the ticket holder, real community begins. I often remark there is the ‘film industry’ and the ‘theatre community’ - and I’m delighted to have been a part of our community for more than three decades.
