I’ve always loved a good story — and nowhere are stories told with greater immediacy and courage than on the stage.
For over thirty-years, I’ve had the great pleasure to produce, manage or direct more than seventy-five productions across stages large and small - from Broadway and Off Broadway, the West End, and across numerous regional theatres. From large-scale musicals to intimate new works, I’ve collaborated with remarkable artists, creative teams and co-producers, shaping the kind of stories that connect audiences and ignite conversations.
My passion lies in the spaces where art can best flourish. Whether developing new works and partnerships, reviving works whose voices deserve another listen, or consulting on a wide range of creative projects, my focus stays constant: balancing bold artistic ambition with calculated risk, while honoring the trust of investors and stakeholders. It is a delicate balance — but without both, the performing arts cannot remain sustainable and alive.
I believe theatre endures because it invites us to listen — to the work to other, and to ourselves. In those shared moments when we our voices blend together, real community begins. I often remark that there is the ‘film industry’ and the ‘theatre community’ - I’m delighted to have been a part of our community for more than three decades.
